Android and Windows phones with gorgeous displays
Sure, they may drain the battery life, especially with the brightness cranked all the way up, but you can't deny the effect of a sexy display. There's nothing like holding a beautiful screen in your hands, and having rich colors, crisp images, and deep hues staring back at you.
All these handsets can do the basics, but beyond that, these guys take surfing the Web, playing games, and fussing with video (both recording and watching) to the next level with their top-notch displays.

This phone only came out a few days ago, but we're already going gaga for the screen. We think it's better than the HTC Titan II's (although that has an admirable display too). It has a 4.3-inch AMOLED Gorilla Glass screen that's also equipped with ClearBlack display technology, making this Windows Phone device a show-stealer. Read the full review of the Nokia Lumia 900.

This device is perfect for the video buff -- as in it shoots great 1080p video so you can capture solid recordings with crisp images. Samsung Galaxy Nexus owners already have us going green with envy because they can runAndroid Ice Cream Sandwich natively. Everything's right there in the name -- the LG Nitro HD. It has a "true HD AH-IPS" display that can support 16 million colors and has a pixel density of 329 pixels per inch. Equipped with Beats Audio earbuds, not only does the Rezound produce superb audio, but everything looks stunning on it too. Putting aside its bulky build, the device has a 4.3-inch Super LCD display with 720p HD resolution. Browsing the Web, watching videos, and playing games is a real joy. Not only does the GS2 have a striking 4.5-inch Super AMOLED Plus display and run on a 4G LTE network, it's also chock-full of other features, including a 1.5GHz processor and an NFC chip, and can capture 1080p HD video with its impressive 8-megapixel camera. Its Windows Phone counterpart, the Samsung Focus S, lacks a physical flash, but rocks the same great specs as well
